Abstract

After the success of the Constitutional Revolution in Iran, in which an elite group of Iranian personalities, intellectuals, thinkers and politicians participated, a group of components of the jealous people revolted with the aim of implementing political, administrative and political reforms, etc. in the country. The success of this revolution was the beginning of paving the way for the crystallization of the idea of change in Iran, by changing the systems of power in general in the state. The Qajar family had assumed power in Iran for decades. But in its last years it became unprecedentedly weak, so that the Iranian people began to show their disgust with their rule. Therefore, a group of political figures, with the help of foreign powers, especially Great Britain, crystallized the idea of changing the ruling system in Iran. Foroughi was one of the figures who played a major role in supporting Reza Khan to come to power and end the role of the Qajar family. Foroughi and other figures worked to strengthen the position of the central government and then change the ruling system in Iran. They were able to remove the Qajar family from Iran in 1921 AD and expel them from Iran, and Reza Shah became the first Shah of the new Iranian state.

The research structure was built on two main integrated axes: The first axis includes a biography of Mohammad Ali Foroughi, covering his birth, his family, and their role in the Qajar government. We then discussed his upbringing in Tehran, his stages of education, and the development of his cultural and national thought through his association with and support of his father. His beginnings were filled with science and culture, as he had the opportunity to enter the School of (Arts) and graduate from it, and then he turned to his political work in Iran.

The second section deals with Mohammad Ali Foroughi's role in overthrowing the Qajar dynasty and bringing Reza Shah to power in Iran. This section examines the political situation at the end of the Qajar period in Iran, including Reza Shah's two terms as prime minister, Mohammad Ali Foroughi's role in his government, and his support for Reza Shah's rise to power. We also discussed Mohammad Ali Foroughi's role in publishing articles in newspapers that supported reforms and change in Iran, and later his role in overthrowing the Qajar dynasty, expelling them from Iran, and Reza Shah Pahlavi's rise to power in Iran.
