the Mufti in the Perspective of Islamic Jurisprudence

Abstract

There is no doubt that the judiciary and Fatwas are important fields in Islamic jurisprudence, and they have an undeniable jurisprudential status, because the judiciary touches people's lives and affects them, as the judges present their problems and cases to consider them and issue rulings on them.  The same applies to Fatwas, so if the Mufti  is knowledgeable enough to be qualified for this great position, then the affairs of their religion and the Hereafter will be reconciled In my research plan, I divided the topics into sections and then into subsections, as required by the nature of the research. I focused on the subjects within each section and subsection, as indicated by its title. Therefore, it was necessary to structure it into an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. The first section defines the judiciary, its origins, and its importance, and includes four subsections. The second section defines the fatwa, its origins, and its importance, and also contains four subsections. The third section, considered the main focus of this research, discusses the differences between the judiciary, fatwas, and other related concepts, and includes three subsections. Following this, I presented the conclusion, outlining the results I achieved and the conclusions I reached during this blessed journey.
