الملخص

يقدم هذا البحث دراسة نقدية وتحليلية للخطاب السياسي الذي ألقاه رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو أمام الكونغرس الأمريكي في 25 يوليو/تموز 2024، عقب الحرب التي اندلعت في 7 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2023. ويتمحور البحث حول أربعة محاور رئيسية: الدعاية الحضارية الواضحة في الخطاب، والادعاءات الإنسانية المزعومة، واستغلال الأحداث التاريخية لتبرير السياسات الإسرائيلية، والترويج لما يسمى "الاتفاق الإبراهيمي". ويكشف التحليل أن نتنياهو اعتمد بشكل كبير على الدعاية الهادفة إلى إثارة التعاطف العاطفي من خلال استحضار أحداث تاريخية مثل المحرقة وهجمات 11 سبتمبر/أيلول، مقارنًا إياها بالتهديد الحالي المزعوم لإسرائيل. وقد صوّر الخطاب إسرائيل على أنها حامية الحضارة العالمية ضد "الهمجية"، متجاهلًا الفظائع الإنسانية التي ارتكبتها قوات الاحتلال بحق الشعب الفلسطيني. تكشف الدراسة كذلك عن استخدام نتنياهو لروايات مضللة لتصوير موقف إسرائيل الإنساني، مستخدمًا قصصًا درامية، وغالبًا ما تكون غير مدعومة بالأدلة، كتلك المتعلقة بالأسرى الفلسطينيين. كما تتناول مخاطر مناصرته لـ"الاتفاق الإبراهيمي"، الذي يُصوَّر على أنه امتداد لأجندة سياسية، بما في ذلك التداعيات الجيوسياسية الأوسع لما يُسمى "صفقة القرن"، والتي تهدف إلى إعادة تشكيل الوعي الديني والسياسي الإقليمي. ويخلص البحث إلى أن خطاب نتنياهو افتقر إلى المصداقية، واعتمد على تشويه الحقائق والتلاعب بالصورة، كاشفًا عن تناقضات في رواياته ومواقفه. كما يُسلِّط الضوء على كيف عكس الخطاب هشاشة الموقف الإسرائيلي في ظل تصاعد المقاومة الفلسطينية، وكشف عن غياب أي رؤية حقيقية لتحقيق السلام أو حل الصراع الدائر.
