The city of Taleqan in Khorasan is one of the most important cities geographically, politically, and economically. It has played a significant role in the multifaceted events of the Islamic East, gaining a distinguished position thanks to its vital geographical location on the fringes of Khorasan. This location formed a crucial route for military forces during the Islamic campaigns in the region. These campaigns were part of a well-devised strategic plan to conquer various regions with the aim of spreading Islam and conveying its noble principles to the farthest reaches possible. During these campaigns, the Islamic armies engaged in fierce military confrontations, sacrificing much to achieve decisive victory. This expanded the territory of the Arab Islamic state to its furthest reaches, successfully integrating diverse civilizations and creating an Islamic administrative model that embodied the highest ideals of progress and success. This enhanced the status and importance of the cities of the Islamic East, allowing them to play a vital role from the first century AH. The conquest of Taleqan represented a strategic step towards consolidating control over the region, securing the routes leading beyond the Oxus River, and confronting and overcoming challenges. Taleqan in Khorasan remained a center... Sensitive throughout the first three centuries of the Hijra, intellectual and political challenges were present. The ethnically and culturally diverse nature of the region was one of the factors that enabled some currents to spread and affected the stability of the city until the end of the third century AH. Thus, the center of the Arab Islamic Caliphate, represented by the Caliphs and leaders of the Arab Islamic State, mobilized all material and moral capabilities to confront these challenges and formulated a wise policy aimed at overcoming the political crises in the region and preventing any breach in the region that the enemies of Islam could exploit to undermine the civilizational and intellectual radiance that the Islamic religion carries.
