              This study aimed to reveal the political and democratic developments that occurred in the activity of Iraqi women by reviewing the historical events of the period (2005-2021) and the study followed the evolution of women's participation in the light of new political and legal transformations , including the adoption of the quota system, which gave Iraqi women (25%) seats in Parliament, and also aimed to explore and learn how Iraqi women     ،On the one hand, there is a partial success represented by the breaking of the first barriers through the quota and the Constitution, and the beginning of the emergence of an effective feminist voice, on the other hand, this story remains incomplete due to a number of structural and societal obstacles that limited the full and equal influence of women in the political field, we can say that Iraqi women during this period،This study on the transformation of the feminist political scene in Iraq is an analytical study of the constitutional and institutional developments (2005-2021), and the structural development of the role of Iraqi women in political life following the constitutional transition in 2005, and traces its effects until 2021, not as a formality, but as an input to change the dynamics of political balance and social representation،Through a historical analytical methodology, the research traces the path of the development of the political participation of Iraqi women from the stage of symbolic representation in power structures to attempts to penetrate the Centers of influence and decision-making, the study concludes that the political effectiveness of women faced deep structural problems, fragile political contexts, sharp party divisions, and societal conflicts over identity, acted as inhibiting factors for the efficiency and effectiveness of this representation.
