Abstract

This research aims to identify weighting as the bond of scholars and its impact on certain issues of worship, as one of the important models in the demonstration of weighting rules that contribute to eliminating apparent inconsistencies between sharia texts and this research is based on descriptive and analytical study, by tracking the definition of weighting language and terminology in addition to clarifying the relationship between conflict and weighting and then check the weighting rules, considering the bond and its applications in worship, for (Narrator - Narrator - Narrator - Narrator).
