This research is an attempt to analyze and evaluate the implications of the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court's decisions on the Kurdistan Region during the period (2022-2024). The research was conducted using a descriptive-analytical methodology with a qualitative approach, through analyzing the content of official documents and decisions. The research findings reveal that the Federal Supreme Court's decisions have created fundamental changes in the relationship between the Kurdistan Region and the Iraqi Federal Government, particularly across four main levels: First, politically, it has led to the weakening of Kurdistan Region's political position and limitation of its powers. Second, legally, it has impacted the region's legal sovereignty and legislative authority. Third, economically, it has caused changes in the financial system and control of natural resources. Fourth, socially, it has affected the relationship between authority and citizens and public trust. The research presents a set of practical recommendations for dealing with these changes and protecting the constitutional rights of the Kurdistan Region.
