Abstract

he technology of robot journalism represents a significant challenge to many jobs within media organizations, as it has become an undeniable and indispensable reality Robot journalism is considered one of the most prominent applications of artificial intelligence, bringing about a transformative shift in the ways news is gathered, analyzed, and produced This study aims to explore the origins and objectives of robot journalism, focusing on its diverse applications in the journalistic field, in addition to predicting the future of journalism in light of adopting this technology.

The researcher employed a descriptive methodology to achieve the study's objectives, examining how news websites utilize this technology to deliver events and news with accuracy, speed, and high quality The findings indicated that robot journalism enhances the productivity of media institutions, particularly in covering breaking news and processing large data sets. However, media organizations face multiple challenges, including ensuring the credibility of news, avoiding automation-related errors, and the necessity of retraining journalists to work alongside this technology.

The study concluded that robot journalism does not eliminate the role of human journalists but rather requires integration between the two to achieve optimal results To maximize the benefits, media organizations must develop their tools and adopt strategies that promote the responsible and effective use of artificial intelligence.
