Iran's foreign relations with Arab countries are unbalanced as a result of the impact of its geographical location, adjacent to the Arab revolutions, where it must establish multiple political, economic and cultural historical relations, as the research aims to track and know Iran's strategy, towards the political developments witnessed by the Arab Gulf region, during the rule of Shah Muhammad Reza Pahlavi (1941-1979). There are a lot of research and studies that dealt with relations (Iranian-Gulf), but most of them are interested in studying the problems of borders, between Iran and neighboring Arab countries, which resulted in an impact on relations between the two parties, so this research was keen to clarify the extent of the Iranian position not only towards the border, but towards all the problems that faced the establishment of the UAE Union, especially after the war in 1967 and until 1971. The research was interested in studying the prominent aspects of Iran's foreign policy, which had an effective impact on the approach of Iranian policy towards the Arabs in general, and the UAE in particular, as the geographical factor comes at the forefront of those aspects, followed by the historical aspect, as well as the demographic and regional aspects, and even international, as the researcher dealt with the historical roots of relations.
