Abstract

This research is titled: “Grammatical Readings in the Diwan of Abu al-Qasim al-Shabi,” that Tunisian poet from the modern era who is known as the Poet of al-Khadra. Whoever reads his poetry will find his religion buried between the deep sadness that pervades his poems, as the poet expressed his pain and sadness in a sincere manner, and his revolution, The overwhelming impact on all aspects of life has many causes. For this reason, the research addressed some grammatical readings in his collection of poems, focusing on the sentence and its dependencies. For this reason, the research attempted to shed light on the importance of parallel sentences in his poetry through its discussions, which addressed its apparent and semantic dimensions, as Abu al-Qasim al-Shabi’s collection of poems is considered a source, Important and essential for studying the sentence, its structure, diversity and difference in Arabic poetry. The research included an introduction, four chapters, a conclusion, and a list of sources and references, The research dealt with the concept of the phenomenon of parallel sentences and the percentage of their presence in the Diwan of Abu al-Qasim al-Shabi with Types of parallelism and its semantic dimensions, following the descriptive analytical approach.
