In all countries of the world, with the passage of their systems, there is a supervisory authority whose first concern is to preserve society with various spectrums and its lifetime, from the standpoint of preserving the public interest of society. From this door to highlight the supervisory role that the Public Prosecution Authority in Iraq plays as the supreme supervisory authority that aims to preserve the public interest of society, as this apparatus is considered one of the pillars of the judicial authorities that the desired justice is based on the rulings issued by the judicial authorities So this device preserves the public interest from a response to those who begged for the same prejudice to the interest of society, whether humanity, material or moral. From this section, we will highlight the supervisory role that plays the Public Prosecution Authority in Iraq on the work of NGOs, given that these organizations are in conducive to the community in a manner consistent with the public interest.
