Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of employing Arabic language teachers for educational games in improving the level of preparatory stage students. The researcher used the descriptive survey method. The sample of the study was chosen by the purposive random method, consisting of (31) female teachers, who study at Ibn Zaydun Secondary School for Girls. The researcher prepared a scale to reveal the degree to which middle school teachers employ educational games in teaching. The results showed that teachers employing the Arabic language for educational games is a primary goal for students’ learning. With regard to motivating students in the educational process, it also showed a high degree of what characterizes educational games to raise the enthusiasm of students and their ability to interact within the classroom. It also showed the lack of teaching experience within the field of providing educational games. The researcher showed that this result is due to the processes associated within schools in general, and also due to the degree of use of educational games, as they are considered important and daily practices that are used by all teachers regardless of their teaching experience in all fields. This has a positive impact on the importance of educational games in the educational process and their role in creating an attractive and safe environment within the classroom. Conducting other similar studies. ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور توظيف معلمات اللغة العربية للألعاب التعليمية التربوية في تحسين مستوى طالبات المرحلة الإعدادية. قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي. تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية القصدية تكونت من (31) معلمة، ممن يدرسون في مدرسة ثانوية ابن زيدون للبنات. قام الباحث بإعداد مقياس للكشف عن درجة توظيف معلمات المرحلة الإعدادية للألعاب التعليمية في التدريس. أظهرت النتائج ان توظيف المعلمات اللغة العربية للألعاب التعليمية تعد هدف أساسي لإكساب الطلبة. وفيما يتعلق بتحفيز الطلبة في العملية التعليمية والتي أظهرت أيضا ارتفاع درجتها الى ما تتميز به الألعاب التعليمية لرفع الحماس لدى الطالبات وقدرتها على تفاعلهن داخل الغرفة الصفية. كما وأظهرت لعدم وجود للخبرة التدريسية ضمن مجال توفر الألعاب التعليمية. فقد اظهر الباحث ان هذه النتيجة عائدة للعمليات المرتبطة داخل المدارس بصورة عامة، وايضا عائدة لدرجة استخدام الالعاب التعليمية اذ اعتبرت من الممارسات الهامة واليومية واليت يتم استخدامها من قبل جميع المعلمات بغض النظر عن ما يحملن من خبرة تدريسية ضمن جميع المجالات وهذا له اثر ايجابي على أهمية الالعاب التعليمية في العملية التعليمية ودورها بخلق بيئة جذابة وآمنة داخل الغرفة الصفية. ضرورة توفير الالعاب التعليمية بصورة متنوعة واكبر في المدارس.ضرورة اجراء ورشات عمل حول استخدامات الالعاب التعليمية. اجراء دراسات اخرى مشابهة.
