Abstract

The concept of mental grammar was born from cognitive linguistics that emerged in the 1970s, in which various disciplines from linguistics, psychology, neuroscience, biology, and artificial intelligence research combined to uncover mental schemas. One uses it in generating his sentences, understanding them, and demonstrating the effect of the mind in linking structural relationships, and that the process of linking parts of discourse articulates intellectual representations that are also subject to mental linkage that constitutes those representations; Discourse is not merely representations, but rather representations that point to other mental representations. As for representation, it is the beginning of knowledge. Sensory perception is only understood through representations, since elementary sensations are not themselves sensations, except to the extent that they become mental representations. The external inkfluence is mysterious. Without representation, representation is the necessary intermediary between the thing and the self, as the thing and the self are of a completely different nature, and the connection between them is only achieved through the mediation of representation Representation is the necessary intermediary between the thing and the self. The object and the self are of a completely different nature. The connection between them can only be achieved through the mediation of representation. Representation is a mental reality that cannot be abolished, otherwise knowledge would disappear. It is the necessary condition for perception, an epistemological logical condition, and it can be said that it has an ontological existence, and although it fades and escapes, and the self must conjure it and struggle to retain it, it does not last in time. Time that dominates the self destroys representations, but memory can conjure memories.
