Abstract

The Islamic Sharia is based on fixed and categorical provisions since the revelation, which do not change or change over time ,place, returns or conditions.it is known as the provisions of the arrest , they are comprehensive for all ages and seasons , and this is one of the things that is not in doubt, such as the Abadi provisions stipulated in the book and the Sunnah, such as the obligation to pray, fasting, Zakat, the Prohibition of usury, and adultery... These are peremptory texts that bear only one meaning, there is no room for Ijtihad by the jurists, they are clear evidence . In this research , I dealt with the statements of scientists regarding the fixed provisions in the Islamic Sharia, and then I came to a conclusion that includes the most important findings I reached. The legal rulings include those that are fixed and have definitive texts that cannot be changed, and those that are variable in conjectural matters in which the ruler has the authority to issue rulings.A group of jurists have said that the rulings are fixed and do not change, so what Muhammad permitted is permitted until the Day of Judgment and what he prohibited is prohibited. The Islamic religion is a comprehensive religion that encompasses all ages, and includes what humanity needs for its perfection in terms of rulings and laws.
