Psychological Pollution and its relationship to Psychological immunity among education teachers in Sharazoor

The aim of this research is to reveal the level of psychological pollution and the level of psychological immunity among the research sample, according to the variables of (gender, type of employment), for the year 2025-2026. The research adopted the descriptive correlational method. The research population consists of (1721) teachers. The research sample is comprised of (211) teachers for the first semester of the academic year (2025-2026), selected randomly.
To achieve the research objectives, the instruments used were the (Psychological Pollution) scale adopted from (Wreidat, 2017), consisting of (29) items, and the (Psychological Immunity) scale adopted from (Zaid, 2023), consisting of (32) items. The most important statistical tools used included (Pearson, Spearman-Brown, Guttman, Cronbach's Alpha, One-sample t-test, and Two-sample t-test).
The research results were as follows:
1.The level of psychological pollution among teachers in the Sharazoor Education Directorate is low.
2.The level of psychological immunity among teachers in the Sharazoor Education Directorate is high.
3.There are no significant differences in the levels of psychological pollution and psychological immunity among teachers in the Sharazoor Education Directorate based on the variables of (gender, type of employment).
4.The relationship between psychological pollution and psychological immunity is a weak inverse relationship.
