The crime of promoting the Zionist entity through social media(a comparative study)

Abstract

          The Zionist entity is working diligently and purposefully to influence and control the global media, including social media, to achieve Zionist political hegemony over the media. This is done to achieve its goals of distorting and falsifying the culture of the Arab-Islamic nation in favor of the American-Zionist peace project and promoting Zionist principles. Zionism is an expansionist, ideological, political project based on force and violence. The Zionist peace project, which the Zionist movement is working to impose with the help of America's domineering power in the region, is merely a tactical phase to seize the land of the Chosen People, as stipulated in the Torah, from the Nile to the Euphrates. Zionism considers the Jewish question a national issue, not a religious or social one. In doing so, it has acknowledged the validity of its ideological data. Through the media, including social media, which is among the most prominent means of communication used by many people and is characterized by its rapid delivery of information, the Zionist entity seeks to bring about change on the Arab-Islamic side by promoting the Zionist entity. This begins with the need to accept the Israeli entity emotionally and mentally and change the prevailing negative perceptions of the Zionist entity. It then moves on to changing the Beliefs and intellectual convictions by creating an intellectual basis for interaction and cultural exchange of the principles of the Zionist entity between the intellectual, cultural and political forces in the Arab world and their counterparts in the Zionist entity, until it ends with control and domination by the Zionist principles over the Arab Islamic nation. The actions that achieve the crime of promoting the Zionist entity affect interests worthy of protection by the legislator, therefore the legislation criminalized these actions because they affect the public interest of society. In order to study this topic, we decided to divide this study into two sections. The first explains the concept of the crime of promoting the Zionist entity via social media, while the second section addresses the elements of the crime of promoting the Zionist entity via social media and its punishment.
