Abstract

This research examines the Qur’anic methodology in reforming the behavior of individuals and society as a complete divine system that integrates moral construction, behavioral discipline, social justice, and the preservation of human relations from degradation. The study is based on the central hypothesis that the Qur’an is not merely a legislative text, but rather a comprehensive ethical framework that aims to reform the internal dimensions of the human being before addressing outward actions. The Qur’anic method relies on fundamental principles such as human freedom and responsibility, reward and punishment, justice and benevolence, in addition to its educational approach based on motivation and moral restraint.

The findings indicate that the Qur’an focuses on shaping human personality through spiritual purification and moral elevation, enabling the individual to self-regulate behavior without dependence entirely on external authority. Moreover, the Qur’an lays the foundations for a cohesive and stable society through ethical values that ensure cooperation, respect, social solidarity, and protection of rights and responsibilities, while rejecting corruption, injustice, aggression, and discrimination.

The study concludes that the Qur’anic methodology is not static but rather comprehensive and flexible, capable of responding to different human conditions across time and place. It creates a balance between intellect and revelation, freedom and responsibility, and individual needs and social welfare. Therefore, it represents a viable reformative model capable of addressing modern moral crises and behavioral deviations through integrated psychological, spiritual, and social mechanisms.
