The legislative miracle in explaining the rulings related to women from the perspective of the Holy Quran

Abstract

The Qur'an has paid special attention to women, with verses and rulings revealed regarding them, to represent a legislative miracle in the rulings and duties of women. It was also revealed to meet the needs of women and protect their rights, in accordance with their natural disposition, which is applicable in all times and places. Since women are a fundamental pillar of human society, it is necessary to address the legislation concerning them. Hence, this research titled "The Legislative Miracle in Explaining the Rulings Related to Women from the Perspective of the Noble Qur'an" aims to clarify the importance of the legislative miracle and shed light on the rulings concerning women and the miracle in their regulation. Given that the legislative miracle of the Qur'an is closely linked to its scientific miracle, this study selects certain rulings, such as breastfeeding, the waiting period after divorce, and the hijab, and explains the secrets and hidden aspects discovered by modern science.

The methodology used in this research is inductive and analytical, based on a view of the legislation regarding the rulings for women. The legislation in this area covers a wide scope, and therefore, we have analyzed its scientific aspects.
