Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between self-management and self-confidence among kindergarten students. There are significant statistical differences according to the variables (stage of education, place of residence, universities). The data were analyzed using descriptive analytical methods. The research community consisted of universities in the Kurdistan Region. To achieve the objective of the research, the researcher used a survey form  The validity of the tool was found by presenting it to a number of experts in the field of education, psychology and teaching, with an agreement rate of 90%, as follows  The criterion was approved by the apparent truth (apparent truth). To find the stable coefficient of the tool, the researcher used the Person correlation coefficient with a value of 0.80 for both  The variable and, in order to analyze the data, the statistical program (SPSS) was used, and finally this result was obtained in the study.

1.The highest level of the variable(self-management) is in the time management axis, as the researcher believes that respect for the environment and society comes first in kindergarten, and second in managing social relationships. It ranks first in the kindergarten section and second in the topic of managing social relationships, because students have the ability to trust and deal with life situations at universities.

2.The lowest level of the variable (self-management) is in the topic of stress management, as the researcher believes that it is difficult for students to control the factors influencing their behavior. There are documented statistically significant differences between self-management topics according to the stage of study at the universities of the Kurdistan Regional Government/kindergarten departments.

3.There is an inverse relationship between self-management and self-confidence, indicating an inverse relationship between the variables according to the concerns of self-confidence,which comes first. This relationship is considered strong among the universities of Erbil,Kalar,Halabja,Sulaymaniyah, and Raparin, depending on the universities.
