The main objective of the study is to assess traffic management environmentally using one of the modern means, the SIDRA TRIP program, which helps in analyzing trips and standard driving cycles used in vehicle fuel consumption, estimating emissions and estimating noise levels (dB) generated during the trip on Al-Baldawi Street in the city of Al-Shamiya, which is a center Al-Shamiya district of Al-Diwaniyah governorate. One of the most important results of the study is the difference in the numbers and types of vehicles during peak hours, and that small vehicles (saloons and station wagons) are the most numerous among vehicles on this street during monitoring hours, in addition to two- and three-wheeled motorcycles, because they are small, easy and cheap compared to other vehicles. In addition to the absence of mass transportation. And the time of the trip was affected by the number of obstacles along Al-Baldawi Street between the two sides of the city, and it appears through the duration of the trip 298.10 seconds on the left side and 319.01 seconds on the right side. The behavior of individuals through shopping, crossing the street, or driving vehicles has affected the lengthening of the travel time and the increase in air pollution, Through the evaluation, it appeared that the procedures that reduce the speed of vehicles will increase the duration of the trip, which increases fuel consumption and its cost, but it has less effect on the noise level, while the measures that increase the speed of vehicles will reduce the duration of the trip and reduce fuel consumption and its cost, but the speed will increase.
