The availability of mechanisms to reduce job hypocrisy An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders in the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate

The research aims to determine the availability of mechanisms to reduce functional hypocrisy represented by (limiting flattery, confronting contradictions, avoiding appearance, diagnosing and containing formal courtship) among the leaders of the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate, as organizational hypocrisy is an informal style emanating from values and principles that adhere to By some workers, this method relies on some workers revealing what they believe to be illegal practices and unethical behaviors that occur in their organizations with hypocrisy in front of their departments, with praise and flattery, and approving all the actions of the president without weighing and evaluating them, and reflecting the treatment of a research problem that says "Are there available mechanisms expressing Reducing functional hypocrisy in the researched organization? The General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate was chosen as a field for the study based on the importance of the subject of the study and the importance of the study sample in the researched organization. and the middle one in the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate, as their number reached (96) respondents, and (80) questionnaires were distributed to the respondents, of which (70) forms valid for statistical analysis were retrieved, meaning that the proportion of forms suitable for analysis is (87.5%) of the total distributed questionnaires. The study added statistical analysis tools according to the statistical program (SPSS.V.25). The research reached several conclusions that confirmed the availability of these dimensions at high levels in the researched organization, as well as achieving mechanisms to reduce functional hypocrisy at high levels, which indicates the serious pursuit by the leaders of the researched organization, and their work on mechanisms to reduce functional hypocrisy represented by (limiting flattery, avoiding appearances Confronting contradictions, diagnosing and containing cases of formal courtship), and the research concluded by presenting a set of proposals represented in the search for the causes that lead to job hypocrisy among workers in a way that enables them to find an effective treatment in a way that guarantees its limit and stresses the need to work on adopting mechanisms to reduce Functional hypocrisy and the promotion of its ownership by the researched organization to serve its objectives.
