Abstract

The Qur’anic verses, especially those that are punctuated by the word Al-Jannah and An-Naar, have many linguistic and aesthetic connotations. On the other hand, it may come with Prepositions , whether they are mono, binary, triple or quadruple, as they generally have deep connotations and indications for them, as this can only be understood by revealing their linguistic veil. Accordingly, this study, by relying on the descriptive-analytical dimension, clarify the connotations of Prepositions in all of their genres, which are summarized as follows:The theoretical dimension: Through this dimension we tend to the transparency of the definitions and limitations of Prepositions and the consequent types of them, such as “Min”, “Fi”, and “Ala” and others. Also this article does not miss their presence in the verses of Al-Jannah and An-Naar.

The Applied Dimension: Through this dimension, this study discuss to the comparing of the theoretical dimension to the applied dimension, It means that there is a semantic communication and unity between the Prepositions to the verses of Al-Jannah and An-Naar.
