Abstract

         Many Iraqi figures emerged who played an important role in Iraq's political life during the monarchy era. One of the most prominent of these figures was Jamal Fuad Al-Mufti, who was actively involved in both the national and Arab causes. Al-Mufti contributed to the House of Representatives, which he won in elections, becoming a representative for the Mosul district for seven electoral terms between 1934 and 1958. He participated in the meetings of the House of Representatives by expressing his opinions and proposals and in making decisions on political, economic, social, and cultural matters..

Jamal al-Mufti was a prominent Iraqi Arab figure from Mosul who played a significant role in Iraq's political history during the monarchy, both nationally and pan-Arably. He advocated for Iraq's independence from British occupation and the restoration of its freedom and dignity, and he championed the Palestinian cause against British policies that supported Zionism. He dedicated considerable effort to supporting both causes.
