This research aims to explore the fundamental principles of environmental jurisprudence in Islamic law and its practical applications in Islamic communities. We will analyze relevant religious texts, study environmental legislation based on Sharia, and review sustainable practices that have been implemented in some Islamic countries. We will also highlight the challenges facing environmental jurisprudence and the future prospects for its development.
Therefore, we must adhere to the principles of Islamic jurisprudence and the Prophet's Sunnah in preserving water and the environment in general. Modern technologies such as water filtration and purification can be used to make it usable, reflecting a contemporary application of these principles.
