The role of strategic intelligence of administrative leaders in improving employees’ skills An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of employees in the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate

Abstract

The current research aims to challenge the basic elements to improve the basic skills of employees and enable them to achieve success in work by calculating the impact of strategic intelligence of administrative leaders in the divisions and units in the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate. And determining how the strategic intelligence of these leaders affects the way that works to form the skill of employees so that they can improve their skills that they rely on in implementing the work assigned to them. The current research is considered one of the important researches by describing and analyzing the leadership behavior of employees and determining the strategic intelligence of the manager in exploring and improving employees' skills. The current research used the descriptive analytical approach by designing a questionnaire form and surveying the opinions of (90) employees in the organization under study and using the SPSS program to measure the overall and detailed impact of the research variables in order to test its basic hypotheses.

The most prominent results of the research analysis were the high level of existence and practices of the research variables (strategic intelligence and improving the skills of workers) in the General Directorate of Nineveh Education. The research concluded with a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of highly significant correlation and influence relationships between strategic intelligence in its sub-dimensions and improving the skills of workers in its sub-dimensions. Therefore, the research hypotheses were accepted. The research concluded with a set of proposals that support this relationship and enhance the values ​​and practices of strategic intelligence for administrative leaders in the General Directorate of Nineveh Education.
