Abstract

Our modern era is characterized by the spread of technology in all fields of life, including the management of state institutions through modern methods such as electronic administration this has made communication and business transactions much easier, especially with the emergence of modern technology and its tools, such as the world wide web, this system allows data sharing through the internet, which facilitates usage by beneficiaries outside the borders of the state, this development has affected the work of state institutions, which have sought to adopt technological advancements in order to keep pace with progress and benefit  from the advantages provided to the functional relationship between the administration and employees, as well as between the administration and citizens who benefit from public services.

The use of modern technological tools in public administration has also made it possible to accelerate administrative processes, given their effectiveness in reducing financial costs, combating administrative corruption, and eliminating bureaucracy and routine associated with traditional administrations, furthermore it reduces the risk of document forgery, enhances security protections, and facilitates the completion of procedures that used to burden state institutions adhering to traditional administration.
