The modern resource According to Ibn Shahrashob in the interpretation of the verses of rulings

Abstract

In this research, we focused on explaining one of the sources of interpretation according to Ibn Shahrashob (d. 588 AH) in the interpretation of (verses of rulings) implicitly included in his interpretation labeled as (the Qur’an is similar) under the chapter (what jurisprudence is based on), which is a virgin and unstudied topic, according to my followersHence the importance of his study becomes clear, and the reasons for his choice to reveal this resource and explain his method of presenting (the hadith) become clear to us. To reveal the (meaning) of the Qur’an; Therefore, we named it (The Hadith Resource According to Ibn Shahrashub; in the Interpretation of the Verses of Ahkam).
