    The style of debate among Imam Al-Sadiq's (peace be upon him) companions was based on scientific dialogue rooted in reason and logic. Imam Al-Sadiq guided his companions to use strong evidence from the Qur'an and the Prophetic Sunnah in their debates, making their arguments powerful and trustworthy. The dialogue was conducted in clear language and a calm manner, without resorting to attack or emotion. Instead, they focused on core points to clarify the truth. In their debates, they avoided futile arguments and were careful to avoid insults or escalation, reflecting the Imam’s training in self-control and respect for the opponent. They also frequently used the questioning technique, not only to demonstrate their scientific strength but to guide the opponent toward deep reflection and reevaluation of their views. Imam Al-Sadiq's companions were influenced by his teachings, and in their debates, they aimed to spread the concepts of truth and righteousness and dispel any doubts that might arise regarding religion and creed. This approach helped them open broad fields for scientific and intellectual dialogue with different sects, contributing to the dissemination of AhlulBayt’s knowledge and enhancing their intellectual standing in the Islamic community.
