Abstract

The researcher used the experimental two-group experimental method with tribal and post-test testing. The sample of the research was 65 students from the second grade. The secondary stage was prepared by the researcher. The first two tests were conducted with knowledge and the other is measured according to the evaluation form. Statical methods were used Target current search to Designing instructional plans for the elements of the technical work to develop the skills of the secondary school students in the second grade and using the appropriate educational Results showed the superiority of the experimental group in the cognitive and skill test. The reason is attributed to the experiences contained in the teaching plans and the skill recognition according to the skill hierarchy in the elements of the technical work. It increased the motivation of the students, which added the ability to think creatively in an atmosphere of fun and excitement during their educational process. It helped the students to control their learning process. It helped to provide an educational environment for the students to obtain information to achieve the best learning by increasing the ability to think in a better way.
