Abstract

The scientific intellectual movement began in Oman from an early time, and flourished in the era of Ya'ariba as well as in the era of the Busaidi state, and many scientists and thinkers emerged who had the greatest impact on the graduation of generations enlightened by science and thought and the management of the state, security stability and economic prosperity had a major role in the abundance of intellectual production witnessed by Oman, the scientists of the Busaidi state have enriched intellectual life and successive generations carrying the banner of science and knowledge to this day. One of the most prominent of these scholars was Sheikh Jaed bin Khamees Al-Kharousi (1778-1847) .He had a great role in the scientific and intellectual renaissance through his efforts and writings in language, jurisprudence and poetry, and an example of this is the encyclopedia (Alilm Almubin and Alhaq Alyagin) in which he collected the most important books on the origins of Sharia and its branches, which consist of six books, which makes it easier for students to obtain and collect science, which had a great impact in successive generations to this day. Internal stability and economic prosperity played a major role in creating a scientific environment. Large numbers of students graduated, and numerous scientific centers, libraries, and schools emerged in various cities of Oman. The influence of students and scholars spread throughout all fields, carrying the banner of science and knowledge. The unification of Oman and East Africa into a single state during the reign of the Al Busaid Sultans was considered the first Arab-African state to emerge in modern Arab history. ملخص: بدأت الحركة الفكرية العلمية في عمان منذ وقت مبكر، وازدهرت في عهد اليعاربة وكذلك في عهد الدولة البوسعيدية، وبرز العديد من العلماء والمفكرين الذين كان لهم أكبر الأثر في تخريج أجيال مستنيرة بالعلم والفكر وكان لإدارة الدولة والاستقرار الأمني والرخاء الاقتصادي دور كبير في غزارة الإنتاج الفكري الذي شهدته عمان، لقد أثرى علماء الدولة البوسعيدية الحياة الفكرية وتعاقبت بعده أجيال تحمل لواء العلم والمعرفة حتى يومنا هذا، وكان أبرز هؤلاء العلماء الشيخ جاعد بن خميس الخروصي (1778-1847م)، وقد كان له دور عظيم في النهضة العلمية والفكرية وذلك من خلال مجهوداته ومؤلفاته في اللغة والفقه والشعر، ومثال لذلك موسوعة العلم المبين وحق اليقين جمع فيها أهم الكتب في أصول الشريعة وفروعها والتي تتألف من ستة أسفار مما يسهل على الطلاب نيل العلوم وتحصيلها والتي كان لها أثر كبير في أجيال متعاقبة حتى يومنا هذا. كان للاستقرار الداخلي والرخاء الاقتصادي دور كبير في تهيئة البيئة العلمية، وقد تخرجت أعداد كبيرة من طلاب العلم، وظهرت العديد من المراكز العلمية والمكتبات والمدارس في مختلف مدن عمان، وانداحت آثار طلاب العلم والعلماء في كل الميادين تحمل لواء العلم والمعرفة.يعد انتظام عمان وشرق افريقيا في دولة واحدة على عهد سلاطين البوسعيد كأول دولة عربية افريقية برزت في تاريخ العرب الحديث.
