Diplomacy is crucial in bridging differing viewpoints and interests, and in preventing conflicts between peoples with divergent interests, whether ideological, economic, political, social, cultural, religious, or ethnicity. Differences exist in the world and cannot be eliminated, as conflicting interests between states often clash, potentially leading to conflict. Sometimes, however, diplomacy can resolve these conflicts.
Digital(electronic)diplomacy has significant impact on the field and scope of foreign policy. States, particularly powerful and technologically advanced ones, are the primary actors in cyberspace. They leverage these technological advancements to serve their interests and foreign policy objectives. Therefore, the internet, networks, social media, and all related platforms are harnessed to serve these states and their foreign policies. Consequently, technological progress has become prominent in diplomacy, enabling messages to reach audiences more quickly. This study relies on more than several methods, due to the different subjects, the methods are:
The most important of these is the historical method, from diplomacy and classical diplomacy to new, digital and electronic diplomacy. System analysis method was also used to analyze and present the fields and methods of data and information and to evaluate and analyze many of the topics of this research, we have resorted to this method, for more Familiarity with the topics. Comparative methods, especially in terms of the availability of information and data in social networks between different years, such as a comparison between users between previous and current years.
