The process of stability in the international system was not its most prominent feature, as much as the international political variables and transformations were the distinguishing mark in this system, due to international competition and the absence of an international balance of power in it, which led to the dominance of the major powers at the expense of other powers, and due to the superiority of the United States of America, At the political, military and economic levels, it imposed its hegemony over the entire international system, especially after the dissolution of the Soviet Union in the early 1990s. After the shift in power in the last decade of this century towards the countries of the East, those emerging countries, including China, Russia and India, began to attempt to limit American hegemony in the international system, It has been able to unite and join regional and international organizations and formations, including the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the BRICS grouping. These two formations include a large number of emerging countries that possess nuclear power. The goal of these two formations is to stand up to the American tide and its hegemony in the international system. Therefore, this study attempts to discuss and examine all the visions, ideas, and proposals that are consistent with the original research topic.
