Al-Maqdisi and his approach in the book of the biography of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his ten companions

Abstract

This research sheds light on one of the ancient historians who wrote about the biography of the Prophet, but in a way that is almost less detailed than those who preceded or followed him from historians, so we will detail this in the text of the research, as this research was divided into two sections, the first of which contained an introduction to the biography of Abdul Ghani Al-Maqdisi and a brief about his life, then the second section showed Al-Maqdisi’s method that he followed in his book, The Biography of the Prophet (may God bless him and his family) and his ten companions, and the flaws and weak points that this book included, then the research ended with a conclusion and a list of footnotes, then a list of sources and references
