Abstract

The issue of democracy has always been one of the issues that has preoccupied societies for many decades, and many jurists and commentators have appeared who have worked hard with their opinions on that issue. Democracy has often been linked to power, according to many of them, since 1925, when its first basic law lasted until 2003, and then the transitional period due to regime change, but with strong powers.
