Abstract

The works of innovation and visions of innovation in the blessed seminaries are among the vital matters that all seminaries are concerned with, without exception, as the problem of (innovation in interpretive rules) is considered one of the disputes and controversies raised today in one way or another, and jurisprudential studies are inseparable from the main sciences that preceded them, the most important of which are: Fundamentals of jurisprudence and interpretation. However, the researcher finds quantitative and qualitative breadth in the fundamentalist jurisprudence courses and encyclopedias in the Islamic library, but he may not find anything like it in the interpretive jurisprudence encyclopedias. It is noted that there has been a wide growth in studies concerned with jurisprudence and its principles, due to the nature of the close connection between them. Until they became the focus of scholarly competitions in the scholarly circles of the seminaries, this is a natural thing when the process of deduction depends mainly on certain circles, which is the work to innovate those rules, and this is what the science of principles represents to a large extent, and it is the important tool for understanding the noble texts, the most prominent of which are the verses of rulings, or what is expressed as (jurisprudential interpretation.)However, this does not mean at all what is said about the exclusion of the Qur’an and its interpretation from the seminary milieu; It is the primary source of legislation and the taking of legal rulings, and therefore it is the focus of research and studies among jurists, and the noble Sunnah is nothing but an explanation and clarification of it and a detail of its origins and universals, for all the various sciences that are taught in the seminary, such as (the sciences of language, logic, principles, and philosophy). Thus, the basic goal of the interpretation lessons is to develop tools that can be applied in dealing with the noble verses, explaining them, and clarifying them, and this is a goal that is definitely achieved in the daily seminary lessons, especially the lessons that Sheikh Al-Sanad delivers in his regular sessions. Because the focus of investigation is the noble verses and noble narrations. Research into methodology is extremely important in any science, so how about the sciences of the Qur’an? Research into the rules, into the foundations, into the principles on which science is built, is extremely important research before entering and delving into the midst of that knowledge in the foundation, because then the one who lives in it will be living in a ship, knowing that the compass is to... Where are you heading and the waves are coming. As for researching any science, not in the light of the curriculum, rules, foundations, or principles, whatever it may be, it will proceed without insight. Researching the methodology and system is an important matter. This report includes mentioning some verses with the interpretive opinions of Sheikh Sanad on the basis of his renewed rules of interpretation and the opinions of other commentators on the basis of their traditional rules and the application of them, their analysis and criticism, and the preferable of them.
