Examples of violations of the right to religion in the world for Muslims and the mandatory international resolutions

Abstract

Many Western and Arab political leaders tried to exploit the September strike for their political benefit, and tried to make absurd statements through which they wanted to intimidate people who were observant and religious Muslims, and they were helped in this by imposing laws and regulations to combat manifestations of Islamic excellence, and we witnessed a great deal of that, and now Engraved in the bottom of Islamic memory is their war against many Islamic manifestations that is unforgettable, such as their war on mosques and their eavesdropping on them, France’s ban on Muslim women from wearing the hijab in schools, the laws banning minarets in Switzerland, and the attempt to prevent halal food in some countries, and last but not least with this volcanic situation. Fracturing right and left in the chorus of war on the niqab and the enactment of laws to prevent it, while highlighting the mental muscles in the arts of ridiculing those who wear it, accusing and stigmatizing them of speaking in a time of backwardness, speaking in an era of reactionaryism, reading with an eye to the past, and not keeping pace with contemporary times with its manifestations, scenes, and events.

      These are scenes that make us realize the reality of the war against manifestations of Islamic excellence and that it is nothing but a fierce war against Muslims in those Western countries, who are spreading there, thanks to God, and Islam is spreading.

      In those countries, it is spreading like wildfire, and in contrast to that, we find an atrophy in the spread of other religions, with respect and granting freedom to the rest of the sects and religions in those Western countries.
