The effectiveness of the Humble leadership practiced by the heads of football clubs in Nineveh Governorate in achieving emotional solidarity from the point of view of members of its Administrative board members

Abstract

Constructing two scales to measure the level of humble leadership among the heads of football clubs in Nineveh Governorate from the point of view of members of the administrative bodies, and emotional exhaustion among the members of its administrative bodies from their point of view.

- Identifying the level of humble leadership of football club presidents in Nineveh Governorate from the point of view of members of its administrative bodies.

- Identifying the level of emotional exhaustion among members of the administrative bodies of football clubs in Nineveh Governorate from their point of view.

- Recognizing the role played by the humble leadership of the heads of football clubs in Nineveh Governorate in reducing the level of emotional exhaustion among members of its administrative bodies.

The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey and correlation methods. The research community was represented by members of the administrative bodies of the Nineveh Governorate football clubs for the sports season (2022-2023), which numbered (52) clubs, with (8) members for each administrative body in each club, except for the heads of these clubs. Thus, the number of members of the research community is (416) members of the administrative body, and the researcher has built two scales to measure the humble leadership of the heads of Nineveh football clubs, consisting of (14) paragraphs, and the second to measure the emotional exhaustion of members of the administrative bodies, consisting of (9) paragraphs, extracted The researcher results through the use of statistical methods (the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the simple correlation coefficient and the simple regression coefficient), the researcher obtains the following results:

- The effectiveness of the two measures of humble leadership among the heads of Nineveh football clubs from the point of view of members of the administrative bodies, and the emotional exhaustion of the members of the administrative bodies of Nineveh football clubs from their point of view, after the researcher applied scientific procedures to them.

The presidents of Nineveh football clubs possess a high level of humble leadership characteristics from the point of view of the members of its administrative bodies.

- Members of the administrative bodies in Nineveh football clubs have a medium level of emotional exhaustion from their point of view.

  - The existence of a positive moral correlation between the humble leadership of the heads of the Nineveh football clubs and the emotional exhaustion of the members of the administrative bodies, with an effective ratio of the humble leadership in emotional exhaustion.
