Abstract

Formative structuralism seeks to link the creative process and the social phenomenon in its various manifestations and development. According to formative structuralism, the mental structure is not isolated from the social structure and worldview that constitute it. The character of the poet Badr Shaker Al-Sayyab was formed by external and internal influences, which were reflected in the visions, thinking, and patterns of the poet.  Cognitive, and as a result, his mental structure changed from one state to another, affecting in one way or another his poetic production, which represents a mental and social cognitive outcome in a specific historical context.  I found that studying his poetry in light of formative structuralism will reveal a set of cognitive structures, cultural references, and the movement of influence and influence in society, and then reveal the fixed and changing patterns and how to understand those structures and interpret them rationally, relying on the descriptive and analytical approach, and also find out the reasons that led to that pattern.  .  What is the overall and comprehensive structure reflected in his poetic productions, and through understanding the poetic structure (its form and content) we came to the conclusion that there is a group of partial structures that dominated the formation of the overall structure and gave it its central format or its indicative structure, which is represented by an emotional and dreamy structure, as it was dominated and controlled by words and connotations.  And the forms and music of an emotional nature, rationalization receded to some extent through feeling taking control of thought.
