Controls legislative miracles in the moral aspect

Abstract

     This study is one of the important studies in the field of the Qur’anic miracles, especially the legislative ones. It is helpul for the researcher in Qur’anic studies to know the controls that govern and prove to him that the miracle of the Qur’an is legislative in terms of the educational and moral provisions that came in it.

     These can be summarized the study that it has given the status of human nature and the nature of the moral structure of human beings to be taken into consideration when the legislation of laws and moral judgments in the Koran, and this morality Quranic became a miracle, and add it the continuity and permanent , which promised importance in contemporary educational laws, with regard to By the legislative miracle and its controls that govern it, correct education and true morals have a great impact on building a Muslim. It is related to the human soul and its innate character.

     This study revealed the rules of the miraculous moral legislation, and thus we proceeded to divide the research into eight sections paving the way for a formal approach in the title of the research, and then the investigations for the controls of the legislative miracles in the ethical and educational aspect.

     The research concluded with several results, the most important of which seemed to us that the previous laws that I copied are broad and dominant, and this confirms that the legislation in the Holy Qur’an is complete and comprehensive for life with its general rules and comprehensive provisions and its references to other sources of legislation.

     Because these controls do not depart from the fundamentals of the Islamic religion, as they are inherent to them and an important condition that requires certainty in embracing them . Because it inherits tranquility and peace.
