Abstract

Mr. Mohammed Baqar Al-Sadr is one of the greatest Muslim thinkers in Islam history, especially in the 14th century, a comprehensive horizontal, social philosopher, a large explanation; martyr Muhammad Baqar economic at economic school, Islamic ethics and economics, etc.; and this chapter addresses the jurisprudence of martyr Muhammad Baqar Al-Sadr in economic research.The analysis of economic ideas at Muhammad Baqar Al-Sadr is as follows:economic school: according to martyr Mohammed bakhrar, economics and economics school are different; the economy is the science that explains economic life, its functions and effects and reflects its relationship with the reasons and general factors governed by them. The economic school and economic level means is to find a way to regulate economic life, which depends on Justice; therefore, when we ask about the economic school of Islam, we are meant to know whether Islam is a curriculum in the organization of economic life of human societies; for example, capitalism declares the principle of economic freedom of its public way in regulating economic life. Economic school is responsible for finding a way to regulate fair economic life; the economy does not create a way of life; it is considered the way in societies and is studying its results and effects. In this context, the school refers to the group of religious principles, practical obligations and ethical obligations, and its religious side is more important; while science with its growth and development will be a means of discovering external realities in various areas; it is also duty to explain the reality of integrity and reflect accuracy and reflection to the maximum possible degree...
