Cyber security Tasks in the Framework of Intellectual Property

Abstract

Intellectual property, with its diverse dimensions, occupies the security and legal thought of many scientific and even humanitarian works, and because this era constitutes a large and noticeable production of publishing and creativity, such that it has become easy to view and even attack in any way this property and the rights it contains, whether material or literary. Accordingly, it requires specialists to place it within a comprehensive protection framework and according to systems, instructions and legislation that achieve solid security for it. If the laws achieve the goal of protection and achieve the interest, then the goal of intellectual property is also linked to the highest thing that a person possesses, which is the mind. Therefore, we shed light in this study on the possibility of activating cybersecurity within the framework of intellectual property by stating its concept and the extent of its role in enhancing protection as a preventive means, and whether it includes all types of intellectual property and its classifications. All of this is being researched within a legal legislative framework that affects the reality of legal studies.
