Abstract

This study addresses the educational values in the Prophet Muhammad’s ﷺ interaction with youth, highlighting the importance of respecting opinions and consultation, mercy and kindness, good role modeling, and teaching religious and moral values. The study demonstrates how the Prophet ﷺ adopted unique prophetic educational methods that helped nurture a generation committed to Islamic values. Quranic and prophetic sources were used to support the analysis, along with real examples from the Prophet’s ﷺ biography and his dealings with youth. The study aims to emphasize the role of educational values in shaping youth personalities and guiding them toward righteousness, contributing to the development of Islamic societies.

It is clear that the educational values that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) applied to youth provide a solid foundation for building a balanced personality capable of facing life's challenges. Relying on encouragement, compassion, respect, and value-based education, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was able to raise a distinguished generation, an approach that today's societies can benefit from in educating youth and preparing them for the responsibilities of the future.
