Implementation in Iraq and some of its legal problems

Abstract

This study addresses some legal and executive problems in Iraq, focusing on the history of the establishment of the Executive Directorate and its legal development. The study aims to analyze the legal foundations for the implementation of judgments and the distinction between civil and criminal implementation, in addition to shedding light on the legal obstacles facing the implementation of judicial decisions, especially with regard to the imprisonment of the debtor and the withholding of salaries. The study also reviews the development of implementation from individual revenge to regulatory laws that ensure the achievement of justice and the protection of rights. By reviewing the history of implementation in different eras, the study attempts to provide a comprehensive vision of the effectiveness of Iraqi laws in implementing judicial rulings, with reference to some relevant judicial rulings and
