The study of comparative religions is one of the most difficult and enjoyable studies when a sound mind draws its life from it. Its difficulty is evident in the diversity of trends and divergent opinions within it. It encompasses multiple aspects and facets of doctrine, law, behavior, politics, and other subjects, which leads to a lack of comprehensiveness and complete understanding of all of them, and a lack of delving into the details of their vocabulary.
Reason for choosing the topic: While teaching the Holy Quran and Islamic Education subject for the sixth grade of middle school, a thought occurred to me to compare the book with another book to learn its strengths and weaknesses. Fortunately, I found the book "Christian Education" for the sixth grade of middle school, in which I found what I was looking for. After verifying that this subject - Christian Education - is taught in the Nineveh Plain and northern Iraq, as it is taught in government schools, I obtained the book officially after several reviews until I received a copy from the Christian Education Department. Edition: (2011) From Nineveh Education, as it prompted me to embark on this research: it is my precise specialization. After I inquired, researched, and investigated, I did not find a study similar to my study in Iraq, so I sought help from God Almighty: to guide me on this journey in the service of scientific research..
The research was divided into two sections:
The first section: I discussed the book: Christian Education and the book: The Holy Qur'an and Islamic Education: Between Methodology and Content
As for the second section: I compared the two books on Christian and Islamic religious education, using a clear scientific methodology, the features of which were defined by prominent figures: "Leaders of Education and Comparison," which the researcher revealed in what the research will include:
Title: "My Methodology," upon which my study is based.
