Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our master Mohammed and his pure family ,The Quranic surahs are a vast field for multifaceted studies in many domains. Whenever we read the Quran, we find an aspect of its infinite miraculousness , The Holy Quran has been and continues to be a fundamental subject for phonetic studies, from which it derives its research material to understand the secrets of its meanings. Linguistic sounds are considered an important aspect of the miraculous nature of the Quranic text, and parallelism forms a prominent phenomenon that is important in connecting parts of the text to each other , Based on this vision, the research titled "Phonetic Parallelism in Surat Ash-Shams" seeks to define the meaning of parallelism along with its application mechanisms in Surat Ash-Shams ,The research examines the phenomenon of phonetic parallelism in terms of the harmony and consistency of sounds with their counterparts in the structure of Surat Ash-Shams, starting from the parallelism of short vowels, and the parallelism of the rhyme letter which formed a musical tone appropriate to the phonetic significance contained in the surah. The research also addresses the parallelism of phonetic syllables in both their short and long forms, while showing the connection between syllabic parallelism and semantic parallelism , Moreover, the research discusses the relationship between phonetic parallelism and the topic of sound repetition, which is considered an important feature of Surat Ash-Shams due to its frequent occurrence in both partial structural repetition (across several verses) and complete structural repetition (throughout the entire surah).
