This research focuses on understanding the extent to which sixth-grade science students understand Arabic grammar rules for non-native speakers. The research addresses understanding teachers' perspectives and their assessment of students' performance. It aims to evaluate teaching methods, identify difficulties and challenges, and enhance teachers' understanding of their methods. The researcher used the descriptive-analytical approach due to the nature of the research and the data sought to be obtained, in addition to describing the educational phenomenon represented by the extent to which students understand the grammatical rules for non-native speakers and expressing it quantitatively and qualitatively to understand the relationships surrounding this research and arrive at conclusions and recommendations. The research sample consisted of (60) male and female Arabic language teachers in middle schools in the center of Kirkuk Governorate. They were selected intentionally, using a questionnaire directed at teachers to collect data on their perspectives. The questionnaire provides quantitative data that can be analyzed and provides a deeper understanding of experiences and opinions. The results revealed that learning outcomes are not achieved due to a variety of factors, including students, teachers, curriculum, learning environment, family circumstances, and school administration. The research also indicates that student learning outcomes may vary and depend on many factors. It recommends achieving learning outcomes by assessing each individual case and providing the necessary support and resources. It also recommends creating a learning environment that encourages curiosity and innovation, ensuring the availability of necessary resources and facilities, and conducting ongoing assessment and review, using evaluation tools to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
