Portable devices are another promising advancement, especially when it comes to monitoring patient status and helping to choose the right surface. According to research conducted by Sapozhnikov (2024), smart textiles and devices that are integrated into the sensor can monitor physiological parameters, such as skin temperature and humidity levels. This provides real-time information about the risk factors associated with the formation of pressure ulcers. Furthermore, these technologies can help medical care providers learn how to make informed decisions about choosing specialized surfaces that relieve pressure and prevent skin breakdown. The use of these wearables not only makes patients more comfortable, but also allows for ongoing communication between patients and medical equipment regarding their care plans. The possibility of smart pressure rental devices is an exciting subject to investigate when considering future advances. Traditional static support surfaces have evolved into dynamic systems that automatically modify their qualities based on real-time data. The researchers are in favor of creating systems that utilize advanced materials and actuators to disperse pressure dynamically, hence reducing the likelihood of accidents. Future research should concentrate on the practicality and clinical usefulness of these new technologies, with the goal of creating uniform recommendations for their use in everyday medical treatment.Furthermore, combining data acquired from many automated technologies can give a comprehensive view of a patient's health, which can improve the quality of care. The ability of Big Data analysis to allow for predictive modeling for individual patients highlights the importance of comprehensive data integration. The ongoing introduction of interpretable devices and analysis may make it easier to provide tailored care interventions, which would allow preventive actions to be greatly adjusted to fit the individual characteristics and needs of each patient. Combining health computer science with predictive analysis could change the way immobile patients are managed, allowing for timely and effective interventions. Given the current state of pressure ulcer prevention technologies, it is essential for health professionals, engineers, and data scientists to work together and innovate. Future research should investigate how to combine these different ideas from many fields in order to encourage progress that not only addresses present clinical difficulties but also anticipates the needs of patients in the future. By doing interdisciplinary research that addresses the multidimensional character of pressure ulcers, we will be able to design more effective preventive techniques, which will ultimately improve the quality of care for patients who are unable to move.References
