It also helps achieve preventive security by raising citizens' awareness, making them part of the security solutions rather than just recipients of information. Through this strategy, society can better understand security issues and interact with them in a positive and effective way Both modern and traditional media play a key role in spreading security awareness and combating extremist ideologies through social media platforms and interactive channels, which enable the delivery of targeted messages quickly and effectively. Media does not only focus on disseminating information but also contributes to enhancing societal understanding of security risks and empowers individuals to recognize appropriate security behaviors. Additionally, media can help alleviate panic during crises by providing accurate and balanced coverage that focuses on solutions rather than sensationalizing events. This helps stabilize the situation, mitigate chaos, and promote a sense of safety in the community In our study, we used a descriptive-analytical approach, examining the impact of media strategy on addressing security issues. We concluded with several findings, the most important of which is that the media strategy plays a critical role in disseminating accurate facts and information about security issues, which contributes to confronting rumors and reducing their negative impact on societal stability, while enhancing trust between citizens and security agencies..References
