Depression is not a mental illness as it is common among people, but rather a state in which a person lacks internal harmony when exposed to some accidents in the exercise of his daily activities. Recently, a philosophical activity or philosophical practice called "philosophical counseling or philosophy therapy" has emerged, to which people with intellectual, mental and even psychological disorders have resorted to seeking advice and help on how to get rid of these conditions, including "depression". In the therapeutic philosophy of depression, we found that the philosophical therapist first identifies the "causes of depression" and then provides appropriate solutions as a treatment to get rid of those causes. The causes of depression may be the misuse of the mind to manage life, which exercises its role in the use of the mind is the presence of feelings, ideas, beliefs, opinions, knowledge and perceptions of wrong, corrupt and irrational that causes states of depression, sadness and despair.
