The Role of Organizational Justice in Achieving Job Satisfaction Among Employees: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees from the Colleges of Salahaddin University - Erbil

This study aims to explore the role of organizational justice in achieving job satisfaction among employees. The study focuses on a sample of employees from the colleges of Salahaddin University – Erbil. Organizational justice is the independent variable, measured through three dimensions: distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Job satisfaction is the dependent variable, measured through three dimensions: work incentives, creativity and innovation, and the work environment. The study seeks to diagnose the current state of organizational justice within the university's colleges, measure employee job satisfaction levels, and determine the nature and extent of the impact of organizational justice practices on enhancing employee satisfaction.
The study employs both descriptive analytical and quantitative methods. It involves collecting and analyzing the opinions of a sample of employees, describing the variables, and analyzing the relationships and effects between them. The study field comprises the colleges of Salahaddin University – Erbil, and the sample consists of (495) respondents selected randomly from a total of 3,450 employees across the university's colleges. The hypotheses were tested using statistical methods with the SPSS V.24. The study reached several key conclusions, including a strong and statistically significant positive correlation between organizational justice and job satisfaction. This indicates that increasing the level of justice in the workplace directly contributes to raising employee job satisfaction. The study also recommended providing employees with opportunities to participate in decisions related to their work and career paths, thus allowing them to voice their opinions and perspectives.
